Return & Refund Policy – ZariPallu

Thank you for shopping at ZariPallu.com. We take pride in offering high-quality Banarasi sarees, dress materials, dupattas, and lehengas. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.


1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in original packaging.

Return Request Timeline:

  • Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Email us at support@zaripallu.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8303143872 with your order details, reason for return, and product photos.

  • Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


2. Refunds

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will not be processed for items showing signs of use, damage after delivery, or returns made outside the policy timeline.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.


3. Cancellations

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible for ready-to-ship products.

Customized Orders:

  • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has started.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

We make every effort to ensure products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

  • Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund if a replacement is not available.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order sarees, dress materials, dupattas, and lehengas.

  • Products purchased during sale/clearance events.
