1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

The item must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in original packaging.
Return Request Timeline:

Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return:

Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Refunds
Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.

Refunds will not be processed for items showing signs of use, damage after delivery, or returns made outside the policy timeline.
Refund Process:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
3. Cancellations
Order Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible for ready-to-ship products.
Customized Orders:

Customized or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has started.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
We make every effort to ensure products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product:

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund if a replacement is not available.
