  • Custom or made-to-order sarees may take 7-10 business days for processing. We will notify you of any additional time required during peak seasons or for specific requests.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  1. Domestic Shipping (India):

    • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days (free for most products).
    • Express Shipping: 4-6 business days (charges apply).

  2. International Shipping:

    • Delivery time varies between 10-15 business days depending on the destination. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.

Shipping Charges

  • Domestic shipping is free for all orders.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) is available within India with a small advance payment and an additional COD fee.
  • International orders are subject to shipping fees, which will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with the tracking details. Please use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Customs & Import Duties

  • For international orders, customs duties and taxes may be applicable as per the destination country's regulations. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
  • ZariPallu is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
